Additionally, the Auction Company may at their discretion permanently ban the non-paying bidder from doing business with Langham Auctioneers, LLC in all future auctions.

The date of the online only/no reserve auction is scheduled to conclude: Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 6 PM (CST). Following the completion of the auction (Friday, March 8, 2024) Buyers will enter into a Real Estate Sales Contract with a non-refundable down payment deposit of $20,000 per lot purchased.

Buyer must also bring a check for the 4% buyers’ premium made out to the Auction Company (Langham Auctioneers).
