The date of the online only/no reserve auction is scheduled to conclude Thursday, April 3, 2025 at 6 PM (CST). Following the completion of the auction (Friday, April 4, 2025) Buyer will enter into a Real Estate Contract with a non-refundable down payment deposit plus payment to Langham Auctioneers for the 6% Buyer’s Premium.

NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR LANGHAM AUCTIONEERS, LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
